Angela Madden is a highly respected quilt designer, teacher, author and judge. She has written and self-published 9 needlework books and developed three design drafting tools. Her books are well known for their clear, comprehensive, simple instructions. Since 1991 Angela Madden has won awards for her quilts at all the major U.K. shows, and at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, Texas 2000. Angela has appeared on six ‘Sewing with Nancy’ T.V. programs in the USA and has taught at the International Quilt Market in Houston each year since 1992. International teaching has carried her to guilds, shops and shows in Australia, New Zealand, U.S., Spain, France, Ireland, South Africa, Taiwan, Japan and Sweden as well as all over the British Isles.
