Welcome to my webpage

Beads and beaded jewellery hold a strong fascination for many of us, which may be a result of Man's long association with them throughout history. Or perhaps we just can't resist the sheer beauty of these brightly coloured baubles!

I can hardly remember a time when beads have not held a place in my life, beginning with a childish enthrallment with a pot of mixed buttons and beads. Since then I have made beaded jewellery commercially, run a bead importing company and written four books on the subject of making beaded jewellery.

If you too are held by the allure of beads, one of my books could unlock the bead artist in you. Copy my designs exactly, or use them to fire your imagination; try using different beads in other colours or sizes and you could soon become an experienced bead jewellery designer.

All my books contain information about beads and making bead jewellery. They demonstrate all the major bead jewellery techniques and include many projects for earrings, necklaces, bracelets and other adornments, from tiaras to handbag charms. The books suit beginners to jewellery making but also offer much inspiration to the experienced beaded jewellery maker.

My latest book, 'Making More Beaded Jewellery' can be purchased from www.rainbowdisks.com for just £12.

This book is on CD ROM which offers you the chance to zoom in close to a project to see it in fine detail and also allows you to print out a 'shopping list' for easy purchase of beads.

Signed copies of my three traditional books (seen below) are available direct from me, at £12.99 plus £2.50 postage. Please contact me for more information by clicking here

The variety of design possiblities for beaded jewellery are endless and, like most bead enthusiasts, I am constantly thinking of new ideas for stringing beads and if you take a look at the New Ideas for Beaded Jewellery page you can see a just few of these. Take a look at the sample pages from my new book 'Making More Beaded Jewellery' to see more.

'Making More Beaded Jewellery' is seen above and the sample pages can be accessed from the side navigation bar on this page.
